Connect Youth and Family Services (CYFS) mission is to provide children, adolescents, adults, and families the opportunity and resources to achieve one’s full potential in the home, school and community environments.
Connect Youth and Family Services is a dedicated, diligent, licensed mental and behavioral health agency that provides clinical services to children, adolescents, adults and families throughout Hampton Roads, Virginia. CYFS strives to foster success by providing person centered and strength based services regardless of one’s identified barriers. All clinical programs operate from the empowerment model with the ultimate goal to improve your journey to mental wellness.
